UVR-KL
Viruses, bacteria, mold, spores, fungi, etc., can rapidly multiply in damp, dark HVAC systems and spread throughout the building via air conditioning systems, making the indoor environment infectious. Our UV germicidal devices installed in air ducts inactivate pathogenic microorganisms “on the fly.” Building managers should consider installing this technology in their buildings.
Our family of UV air disinfection racks, or our UV frame series, has been designed with UV tubes of various power ratings (48, 72, 95, and 155 W) and frame lengths (400, 650, 880, 1200, and 1550 mm). We use three types of technical designs for flexible adaptation to HVAC duct systems:
– UV rack mounted outside the air duct – integrated, meaning with controls built into the junction box (cut to fit the duct wall). See the image!
– UV rack mounted outside the air duct – not integrated into the junction box, i.e., with external controls (duct wall cut to size).
– Indoor UV rack – not integrated into the junction box, i.e., with external control.
For the most effective germicidal and bactericidal effect, an air velocity of 2–2.5 m/s in the air duct is recommended.

Advantages of using the equipment:
- Easy to integrate into existing air duct systems
- Configurations can be designed to achieve the desired dose
- Disinfection without chemicals and ozone
- Innovative control ensures safe operation
- Creates healthier indoor air quality
- Destroys health-damaging pathogens.
- Prevents the development of sick building syndrome.
- Improves well-being.
- Reduces HVAC system maintenance costs.
